Work as part of Kitty’s to provide high-level service and advice on all matters relating to beverages and food, with a particular focus on fine wines and cocktails. Engaging and informed bar service is the corner-stone of this role, however, regular participation in food ordering/advice and delivery/clearance is also required. Specific duties include:  Provide food and beverage service to customers;  Use hygienic practices for food safety;  Handle payments and carry out cash control procedures;  Prepare and plate simple food items;  Serve and clear meals and beverages;  Provide responsible service of alcohol;  Support cellar management;  Close down bar and/or food service area
