The Tura Beach Country Club is seeking a Bar Supervisor. The role would suit an experienced individual looking to build on their previous hospitality roles. The ideal candidate would have: A sound understanding of all areas of licensed club operations including Gaming, Beverage, Functions & Regulatory Compliance including WHS Current NSW RSA/RCG certificates High level initiative and willingness to take responsibility. Ability to lead and manage people. A strong hands-on approach with excellent time management skills. Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, days & weekends. Exemplary cash handing skills with a focus on complete daily venue banking.
