FLING Physical Theatre Adult Classes

FLING has a range of returning and NEW Adult community classes in four locations across the Bega Valley, including BRAND NEW programming in Pambula and Candelo. There is a great selection of classes to dive into this winter, including beginner ballet, circus, gymnastics, music theatre and improvisation.

Designed for absolute beginners, our classes are all about fun, freedom and feeling good. Led by experienced, passionate artists this is your chance to move in a way that feels empowering, playful and real – no pressure, no judgment.

There are classes Tues – Sat across the region, so we hope there is a class perfect for you and/or your loved ones.
