One of the men accused of setting fire to Batemans Bay KFC Loading Dock to divert police attention before co ducting a ram raid on the Catalina Club has been excused from appearing in court this week.
Adam James O’Connell from the Queanbeyan suburb of Karabar allegedly committed the crimes in September last year with another man which police said netted the pair $60,000 cash.
In Batemans Bay Local Court…the 37-year-old’s lawyer successfully sought a two-week adjournment.

O’Connell is expected to enter pleas to the charges when the matter is mentioned again on September 21.
