The operator of a Far South Coast Post Office has been convicted of intentionally distributing intimate images without consent.
James Patrick Wade from Tuross pleaded guilty to three counts of the offence when front Batemans Bay Local Court.
The court was told by his solicitor Geoff Knox while the images were not put out in public but shared within a family group, Wade accepts it was totally unacceptable.

Judge Doug Dick told Wade it was certainly not an action to make friends.
He’s been fined $1000 and placed on a Community Corrections Order for 12 months.
