Acora has been in business for more than 50 years servicing the Forest and Wood Products Industry, we are currently seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator for an ongoing part-time position, based in Eden, on the Sapphire Coast of NSW. The position offers a great career and idyllic lifestyle opportunities. The role will require visiting our customers’ sites throughout the east coast of Australia, so a desire to travel and meet people is essential. On a daily basis, the successful person in this role will be responsible for: – The day to day operations of the spare parts department and consumables stores – Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, ensuring the stores and common areas are maintained to a satisfactory level at all times – Excellent Parts Interpreting skills and knowledge – Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service ensuring customer needs are being met or exceeded – Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required – Strong customer service focus, have good phone manner and ability to resolve customer enquiries / issues

Skills Required
Ideally, the suitable person will possess the following characteristics and traits: - Ability to multi-task and work with a team. - Solid background in the spare parts field, preferably in heavy equipment and/or forest products industry - Well-developed computer skills - Good time management and planning skills - Good written and oral communication skills - A ‘Can do’ approach and use initiative - Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in the spare parts field - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision - Must live within a reasonable distance from our premises - ForkLift licence is desirable
