The case against a Surfside man accused of making almost $10-million in cryptocurrency from dealing cocaine on the Far South Coast has been pushed back in the courts.
38-year-old Jamie Powrie did not appear in Batemans Bay Local Court from jail yesterday when the matter was raised.
The court was told the case would need to be adjourned for a further few weeks because police were going to refer it to the DPP to prosecute given the seriousness of the allegations.

The case will be mentioned again on February 23.
