Eurobodalla Health and Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to coach within our growing Functional Fitness program across our Moruya and Batemans Bay locations on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, established allied health and fitness team, working in a structured program with strong demand and room to grow. About the Role This role is available as a casual position, with hours across early mornings, and evenings, depending on class schedules and your availability. You will primarily coach small group functional fitness sessions, with opportunities to support individual clients and expand your role over time. You’ll work alongside Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, and other coaches to deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality training sessions.

Key Responsibilities • Coaching small group functional fitness sessions.• Delivering structured, progressive programs focused on strength, conditioning, and general fitness deisgned in house by our team. • Providing clear coaching cues, encouragement, and modifications for varying abilities. • Building strong rapport and a positive training environment for members. • Assisting with basic program setup, pack-up, and equipment care. • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the gym floor. About You We’re looking for someone who: • Holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or is close to completion). • Enjoys coaching groups and working with a wide range of fitness levels. • Is reliable, energetic, and brings a positive attitude to sessions. • Communicates clearly and connects well with clients. • Is keen to learn, improve, and be part of a team long-term.
