“Your honour can see part of the offence has been recorded,” Sergeant Manning told the court.
“In terms of this co-accused involvement in relations to these, she is clearly a willing participant,” he said.
“Your Honour can see at the top of page three of the facts that when Robinson is attempting to attack Smith with a chainsaw she is screaming ” get them!” and then actively joins the melee.
“But what is of more concern is here involvement at the bottom of page three of the facts where Mr Smith is lying in the backyard defenseless, she walks up holding a large knife and stabs him twice to the face while screaming “You’re going to fucking die. I’m going to kill you!”
He told the court Mundy was going to spend a significant period in custody if convicted on those sets of facts.

“Given that Your Honour cause has not been shown and the court should bail refuse.”
