A man has appeared in Batemans Bay Local Court facing several serious child sexual assault offences.
We know the man’s identity but can’t tell you who he is…due to strict laws when reporting on these type of crimes.
In fact, all we can tell you at this stage is the man is changed with three counts of aggravated sexual assault against a child under the age of 16.

The court was told the accused is currently free on bail granted by the higher level NSW Supreme Court.
He sat in the court repeatedly removing than putting back on his slip-slide style thongs.
The matter was adjourned till October 20 for mention.
