2000 new homes could be created south of Bega if a proposal gets the green light by council and the State Government.
The plan would require rezoning of almost 280 hectares of land into three new different neighbourhoods.

Two drop-in info sessions will be conducted at the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre on October 2 and 7.
Feedback will be accepted until Sunday 2 November.
