An appeal has been launched against an eviction order for a tiny house on wheels from a Coolagolite property.
Bega Valley Shire Council issue the order to Gordon Kelly for the moveable dwelling occupied by high profile campaigners Joshua Heins and Manu Bohns’.
The first directions hearing will be heard in the Land and Environment Court later today.
