A hearing gets underway today for a policeman charged with assaulting a woman and five teenagers at a Far South Coast shopping centre while on duty.
37-year-old Senior Constable Brett David Lindsay has pleaded not guilty to six counts of assault relating to two alleged incidents in October 2023.
Batemans Bay Local Court has previously been told the charges relate to separate incidents a few days apart at Bridge Plaza and hearings would be held on two separate occasions.
