A new multi-use hotel complex has reportedly been given the green light for Batemans Bay.
The multi-million dollar development also includes a residential component and will be built on the site of the former Hanging Rock Family Motel.
The Telegraph reports a Canberra developer lodged a development application for the project back in 2023.

It will include a three-storey, 43-room hotel, with a separate townhouse development containing 10 homes.
