Two dogs rescued from down a wombat hole at Aslings Beach has been reunited with their appreciative owners after the distressing ordeal.
A crew from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 286 in Eden played the heroes after receiving an Emergency Triple Zero call.

The call was to save one dog but surprisingly found a second four-legged friend down there as well.
Eden Veterinary Clinic checked them out before searching for the dog’s parents.
It only took 15 minutes for them to come forward after a post on social media.
