Bega Valley ratepayers are being asked if they would cop a 52 percent rate rise in the 2027-28 financial year.
It’s one of three options the council has put on the table for community consultation.
Option B would see a 28 percent hike and Option C the standard rate pegged amount of 4.9 percent.
