Kennedy & Cooke have been established since 1974 when our first office was opened in Milton. Kennedy & Cooke now have six offices along the South Coast of NSW from Sanctuary Point in the North to Merimbula in South, servicing clientele from Nowra to the Border.

Our Legal services cover a broad range of fields, including conveyancing, family law, police matters, powers of attorney and wills, business succession planning and much more.

Each office has between one and three solicitors. All of our partners have many years local experience. Kennedy & Cooke has the most number of lawyers for any legal firm on the South Coast. This significant amount of expertise is unmatched south of Wollongong.

Dianne L’Estrange heads up our New Sanctuary Point office and our Sussex Inlet office along with one of our newest associates Mr Patrick Dawson.

Peter Cooke is our most senior partner who looks after the Ulladulla office along with associate solicitor Mathew Vincent.

Geoffrey Knox is the managing partner in the Batemans Bay office who also has the support of Mathew Vincent.

The Narooma office is managed by our newest associate solicitor Megan Lamb, with the support of all of the firm’s partners. She brings with her fresh new ideas and practices from the city.

Mark Hagan & Paul Thompson are the resident partners in our Merimbula office and John Harding is our Consultant solicitor for the whole firm.
