Star Wars fans have been given a reason to rejoice as it has been discovered that a reboot of one of the greatest video games of the franchise is being developed.
"Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" is being worked on by Electronic Arts which is being referred to as a "re-imagining/sequel" as apposed to a flat out remake of the brilliant game and it's sequel originally by Bioware then Obsidian Entertainment and published by LucasArts in 2003 and 2004 respectively
The aim of the game is to bring parts of those games into the current Star Wars Canon.
Cracking the "Star Wars Code" in video games has been problematic for many developers over the years with really only a handful of stand out games out of a sea of possibilities.
The recent release of "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order" was enough to spark a resurgence to the franchise with it's "uncharted" type game-play and well told story.
