Despite a half-time lead  of 17 points to 14, the Batemans Bay Boars weren't able to hang on to their lead and went down 52 points to 17 to the undefeated Taralga Tigers at Taralga on the weekend. A number of key players were missing for the Boars, but are expected to be back next weekend for what should be win against the hapless Broulee Dolphins. The game wasn't without drama however and two players, from Taralga and the Bay, are now facing the judiciary for fighting after being shown the red card.

Taralga remain undefeated and at the top of the ladder, with Batemans Bay fourth on the table.

In other matches the Bungendore “Mudchooks” 21 defeated Jindabyne “Bushpigs” 17. Bungendore continued with their recent good form to claim an away win and be within a point of the top four.  The Crookwell “Dogs” 47 defeated Yass “Rams” 0. Crookwell put on a great display of running rugby in front of their home crowd to return to the winners circle

The Broulee Dolphins v Braidwood Redbacks games was postponed until the 13th of July.
