The Batemans Bay Triathlon Festival will be held this Saturday starting at Tomakin.
The Tri Batemans Bay is designed for speed. From the wind protected swim in the Tomaga River, the fast straights of George Bass Drive to the pancake flat run through Tomakin these races will be fast!
It will racing, followed by an evening presentation for the season at Club Tomakin.
Road closures on the day are as follows:
When: Saturday 6 February 2021 8.30am to 1.30pm
Why: to allow the triathlon to be conducted safely the following road closures or controlled access will occur:
- George Bass Drive, Tomakin to Broulee
Where: from Sunpatch Parade, Tomakin
to Train Street, Broulee
- George Bass Drive, Broulee
Where: from Train Street, Broulee
to Broulee Road, Broulee
- George Bass Drive and North Head Drive,Broulee and Moruya
Where: Broulee Road, Broulee to a turnaround point 700m east of Princes Highway, Moruya
Emergency and official vehicles exempt with resident, IGA Tomakin and airport patrons allowed when safe to do so.
