Motorists are reminded there will be a complete closure of the Princes Highway at Quaama, for repairs to Dry River Bridge between 7pm and 11pm, this Sunday evening, weather permitting.
The bridge is located 30km north of Bega.
No vehicles or pedestrians will be permitted to cross the bridge during this time for the safety of workers and road users.
The RMS says the full closure is required to test the jacking system which will raise and lower the bridge during maintenance work.
The RMS also advises there is no suitable detour in place and motorists should avoid the area.
