Be COVID-safe tomorrow when voting

Voters go to the polls tomorrow in the Eden Monaro by-election, and the medical director of the South East Regional Hospital says while there have been no new cases of COVID 19 in the region, everyone should take precautions while voting.

Dr Liz Mullins advises voters to wear a mask if going into a smaller confined space to vote; take your own pen or pencil and use handwash before and after visiting the polling place, and maintain your distance from other voters and volunteers.
