Ja Rule, aka the hustled and scammed scammed, lead astray rapper, has revealed he has plans to have another attempt at the failed Fyre Festival.

If you’re a bit brand-new over 2017's Fyre Festival, you need to get to the Netflix doco immediately and get up to speed – basically ticket-holders were promised a luxury weekend partying on a private island with the worlds biggest celebrities and acts but instead got rain-soaked mattresses in disaster tents and not one performance by any artists.

Ja Rule denied he was involved in defrauding party goers and locals on the island, where tickets were sold for up to $75,000 USD.

Billy McFarland, founder of Fyre, is serving a six-year jail term but Ja Rule wasn't charged in connection with the fraud.

Ja Rule claims he was scammed and lost money through his involvement.

He spoke to TMZ at LAX.

“It’s not funny to me, it’s heartbreaking to me,” Ja said.

“It’s something that I wanted to be special and amazing, it didn’t turn out that way.”

Then he said something that nobody was expecting.

“In the midst of chaos, there’s opportunity,” he said.

“Fyre is the most iconic festival that never was. I have plans to create the iconic festival, but you didn’t hear that from me.”

Ummmm Ja? Maybe not a good idea bro.....
