McGrath Batemans Bay & Moruya are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Agent to join our professional staff on a full-time basis, contributing and collaborating with our team and flourishing with individual responsibilities. Duties & responsibilities: – Prospect for clients through various methods including cold calls & door knocks – Gather intelligence in our core marketplace – Network through professional and local community events – Market property and build a personal profile – Meet and greet clients, handling prospective buyer enquiries – Conduct open homes and inspections, preparing signage displays and invitations – Collate and manage a database and communication plan – Prepare appraisals, presentations, and listing appointments – Manage property listing sales from start to the finish and post-sale
