Work as part of the Catering department to prepare and cook quality food to enhance the customer experience. • Develop and update product and Club knowledge and job skills on an ongoing basis • Demonstrate acceptance of constructive criticism and a willingness for self-improvement • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach to colleagues and customers • Carry out assigned duties in a timely and professional manner • Adhere to health, hygiene safety and security policies • Follow workplace procedures and instructions • Contribute to achievement of team objectives • Perform other duties as required

Job Hours
clock-o Can be casual or permanent part-time, depending on your needs. Typical hours would be 25-35 per week. Chefs operate in the main bistro between 11.00am and 9.00pm, often requiring split shifts.

Skills Required

Qualified Chef or equivalent experience as a Cook; Able to work a mix of days/evenings and weekends; Capacity to work amiably in a busy kitchen environment; A sense of commitment and reliability. Ideally looking for a local Chef who is seeking long-term employment.
