Conduct face to face classroom tuition in line with the national training package requirements (CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support)
Complete assessment documentation promptly and accurately;
Participate in post and pre-assessment validation meetings;
Carry out work placement visits, and complete workplace observations;

A demonstrated awareness and understanding of the issues encountered by disadvantaged learners
The ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service
High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver education material in a classroom student environment
Current industry experience (obtained in Australia) in the Hospitality or Business industry
Strong work ethic and organisational skills.
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well as TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Relevant vocational qualification at the Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree level combined with an approved number of years industrial/professional experience.
Sound knowledge of current industry standards and demonstrable evidence of industry currency (Able to demonstrate recent and relevant industry experience and ongoing employment/activity).
Understanding of AQTF compliance, and the relevant Training Package.
Excellent interpersonal, time-management and communication skills with an ability to communicate and support a wide range of learners.
Ability to engage, lead, mentor and encourage students in a classroom and create a welcoming classroom environment.
Sound computer skills.
A current National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
Current driver's licence.
