Nolan Auto Parts is looking for a person to work in the Office at our Pambula Store. The main role will be Accounts Receivable and will also include some Admin work. The position will be four days a week but may increase to five. Hours can be flexible to suit school drop off-pick up if needed. Will be required to work school holidays though.
Job duties include:
• Receipting of customer payments and debt collection
• Maintaining customer data base and making sure it is kept up to date
• Preparing and distribution of customer statements
• Liaise with staff and customers
• Provide support to Admin staff when needed
• Filing, scanning and general office duties

Skill Required
What we are looking for:
• Great attention to detail
• Must have office experience
• Good working knowledge of accounts functions
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Possess good time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have MYOB knowledge
• Ability to learn new computer systems
• Confident, friendly, and positive attitude with a good sense of humour
