We have a great opportunity to work within the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden as part of a team providing professional customer service to Eurobodalla Shire’s visitors.
You will be responsible for the processing of function bookings, facilities hire and guided tours, as well as provide training to volunteers and organising the Visitor Centre volunteer schedules. You will provide administrative support and have responsibility for the stock control of brochures and merchandise to ensure the smooth running of the Botanic Garden.
Hours of work will be as rostered and include regular weekend work. They are arranged to meet significant seasonal variations.
This is a part time position, with total remuneration in the range $33.99 to $36.01 gross per hour consisting of:
$30.90 to $32.74 base salary,
$3.09 to $3.27 superannuation (at 10%)
A satisfactory outcome as a result of a National Criminal History Record Check is a requirement for this position.

Skill Required
Well-developed interpersonal, administrative (including experience in stock control) and customer services skills will be crucial to your success in this role. If you are a team player with computer proficiency, and have experience working with volunteers then this could be the role for you.
