Salary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual for a part time opportunity to provide high quality administrative support to the Community Care team. This role has a focus on resource allocation for the Community Care service delivery team, including Direct Support Worker (DSW) staff and vehicles, as well as providing customer service and support to clients, DSW and Planners.

This is a part time, 42 hours per fortnight position. Total remuneration for the role is in the range $33.99 to $36.01 gross per hour consisting of:
- $30.90 to $32.74 base salary, plus
- $3.09 to $3.27 superannuation (at 10%)

Appointment to this role is dependent on an assessment of the results of a National Criminal History Record Check.

Skill Required

Along with administrative skills, you will have experience providing quality customer service and the ability to communicate well in a range of situations and varying audiences. It is also essential that you have the ability to triage customer needs. We require someone who is experienced in using client data management systems and is comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office package and database programs. Knowledge of The Care Manager client management system is preferred.
