ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently seeking candidates to join our team of shuckers. Experience preferred but not necessary, training will be provided.

Your duties will include:
Washing, opening, sorting and packing of oysters in line with business requirements, food safety standards and timeframes for completion.
Opening, packing and presenting oysters to AOC standard.
Identifying oysters or batches to Supervisor/Foreman which are not of an acceptable quality.
Clearly labelling all oysters opened with a product record number to adhere to AOC traceability records.
Always maintaining a tidy processing area within food safety guidelines.
Cleaning and sanitising duties as required at the end of your shift.
