Insight into the day in the life of this role:
• Successful candidate will assist with overall operation of the cellar & bar back teams
• Maintaining the cellar/BOH areas
• Stock control and assisting with spot checks and stocktakes
• Receiving and distribution of goods throughout the precinct
• Invoicing and rostering
• Beer line maintenance and cleaning
• Manual handling/maintaining a safe work environment
• Changing kegs and post mix
• Some data entry – working with our stock control system
