We are on the hunt for new team members to join our front-line customer service agents who know their way around the ins and outs of computers and troubleshooting for mobile and internet services. Start small, grow big!
Our Customer Service team, based in Moruya on the South East Coast of NSW are vibrant, goal-orientated telco experts who consistently find innovative ways to connect our customers with Southern Phone’s products and services. The team is always evolving as we strive to meet and exceed our customers' ever-changing needs and expectations. Working within the team as a Customer Service professional, you will ensure we deliver an outstanding service to our valued customers and put them at the forefront of everything we do.
Permanent Part Time 30hrs minimum a week. Paid Induction training for three weeks. Post induction, hours are rostered between 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday to Sunday and applicants must be available to work to this rotating roster. Penalties apply on penalty applicable shifts.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage a variety of inbound customer enquiries with a focus on first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Taking ownership of the customers experience, showing the right level of empathy and understanding of the customers’ needs, ensuring we deliver on our promise.
Continuously meet and exceed set KPI targets
Full time, Part time and Casual positions available. Permanent Part Time of Full Time $21.92 per hour (+ penalties on applicable shifts). Casual Rate $27.40 (+ penalties on applicable shifts)
Please note before applying, this role is based in Moruya, a regional town just south of Batemans Bay; this is: 4.5hrs south of Sydney, 2.5hrs south of Wollongong, 1.5hrs south of Nowra.
