What we do:
We provide a range of information and services to assist people going through family relationship issues. We deal with matters such as spending time with your children and other parenting arrangements. We can assist with financial and property settlements, recovery orders or a parents right to relocate.
If your matter is before the Children's Court we can assist you with the process and help you to understand your rights as a parent and what is expected of you. we can help you to understand what needs to be achieved so that your child can be returned to you.
Wills and Estates
Every person should have a will. Wills can distribute your property, name an executor, name guardians for children, forgive debts and more. Having a will also means that you, rather than your state’s laws, decide who gets your property when you pass away.
We can assist from appearing on your behalf on your first appearance at court to making a bail application to defending your matter at trial. We will make sure that you fully understand your rights and the options that are available to you.
Losing your licence can be a very difficult time for you and your family. In determining the appropriate penalty to impose the Magistrate will often listen to pleadings, such as your personal circumstances, how the infringement occurred and what has occurred since the incident. We can help you by ensuring that the Court has all the details in your matter.
