1: Do I need to pay upfront for my order?

We generally require a 50% deposit when you place the order.

2.  How long does it take to get my order?

Allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive, which depends on the suppliers turn-around-time.

3: Do you deliver the tiles?

Yes we offer a delivery service for you – priced from $20 depending on the location and the size of the delivery.

4: What if I don’t like my order?

Please choose carefully – as tiles are shipped to order we are not able to offer refunds if you change your mind.  We are always happy to supply samples for you to take home & consider so you know exactly what you are getting.
