The NSW Forestry Corporation has been fined $60,000 for polluting water in Mogo State Forest.
The Environment Protection Authority has issued two penalty notices to the state-owned logging company in response to continuing concerns about the issue.
It follows a series of inspections carried out by the EPA last year at a crossing on Dooga Creek used to move machinery.

They’ve also issued Forestry with an official caution after they failed to comply with a Clean Up Order.
