The case against a man accused of 16 offences including leading police on a high speed chase and wounding police in an attempt to avoid capture has been adjourned for another month.
Jeremy Miller is currently on remand in South Coast Correctional Centre.
The prosecution asked for the delay after the court was told by Miller’s lawyer Samantha Henry the brief against her client was noncompliant.

He did not apply for bail and it was formally refused by Magistrate Bryan Robinson.
The matter will be mentioned again on December 15.
