The Role We’re looking for Casual Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team and help keep our rooms, cabins and public areas looking their best. You’ll be part of a supportive, hands-on crew that takes pride in the details and genuinely cares about the guest experience. In this role, you will: Clean and service guest rooms, cabins and common areas to Merivale standards Make beds, change linen, restock amenities and ensure bathrooms are spotless Maintain a high standard of presentation across all areas, including balconies and outdoor spaces where required Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies promptly to your supervisor Assist with linen movement and stock rotation (including towels, amenities and cleaning supplies) Follow safety, hygiene and chemical-handling procedures at all times Work efficiently to daily room lists and timeframes, supporting the wider housekeeping team when needed The Reward At Merivale, we’re committed to looking after our people.
